BUDGET CAR RENAL WIN TOP TRAVEL AWARD

The Bahrain based car rental company, Budget, was delighted to receive the Gold Award in the Best Car Rental International Brand, at the Middle East and North Africa Travel Award (MENA) Ceremony 2005 organised by the International Consultants of Hospitality Administrators (CHA) held on Thursday 5th May 2005 at Al-Bustan Rotana Hotel, Dubai. The MENA Travel Award was formed to annually celebrate the skills, creativity, ingenuity and triumph of the Middle East and North Africa's growing travel industry, while honouring successful entrants in each of the industry categories; and those who are considered to be the best in their specific sector. This year's theme for the Award was 'The Spirit of Hospitality'.

Budget Car Rental was recognised by customers and travel trade professionals as a well-established company in Bahrain who have excelled and gone that extra mile in customer service within Bahrain's car rental market.

Mr. Adel Fakhro, Group Managing Director, was delighted at this achievement. He said 'This award is a direct reflection of our continuous investments in People, Products and Technology. He added 'At Budget Bahrain we are deeply committed to go that extra mile to ensure that our customer are delighted with our products and services'.

Mr Jacob Thomas, General Manager of Budget Car Rental accepted the award on behalf of the team at Budget Car Rental Bahrain and said 'This international recognition by the travel and hospitality industry is a tribute to the hard work and dedication shown by all the staff at Budget Car Rental to provide the best possible customer service.' He also added that 'At Budget we will continue to work even harder to meet and exceed customer expectations'.
